DONALD R. SJOSTROM graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Don graduated first in his class from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to entering the private practice of law, Don worked as a patent attorney for Honeywell and as corporate counsel and general manager for a farm machinery manufacturer.

Don enjoys teaching and has served as a mentor to law students and others. He has served as legal counsel and advisor to a number of non-profit organizations and as a Board member. He holds a real estate broker's license and has served on the Board of his townhome association.

Don is a member of the National Lawyer's Association, Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. He has served on the Governing Council of the Bar Association's Elder Law Section, and has been active in the Christian Legal Society. He is an avid bicycler.

Don and his wife Dar live in Plymouth, Minnesota.

ERIC R. ROUSAR graduated from St. Paul Bible College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Eric graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School. Prior to entering the private practice of law, Eric has worked as a law clerk for a United States Bankruptcy Court Judge and in the Fifth Minnesota Judicial District.

Eric is an adjunct professor of Business Law at Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota. He is a member of the advisory board of Living Waters for Central America. Eric is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and Hennepin County Bar Association.

Eric, his wife Sarah and their three children live in Mayer, Minnesota.

SCOTT W. LOFTHUS joined our firm in 1983. When he passed away unexpectedly in 2001, our firm suffered the loss of our partner, friend and colleague. Scott was also a loving father and husband. He was an excellent lawyer who served his clients with the utmost of integrity and professionalism.
