EXPERIENCE:

The law firm of Sjostrom, Lofthus & Rousar, PLLP began in 1977 under the name of Nodland and Sjostrom. In 1982, the firm's name was changed to the Law Offices of Donald R. Sjostrom. In 1985, the firm took the name of Sjostrom and Lofthus. Today, the firm's partners have combined legal experience in a number of areas of the law.

EFFICIENCY:

Our attorneys have combined legal experience in excess of 50 years. It is our goal to be efficient and accurate in all of our client matters. Our attorneys regularly attend legal seminars in order to be informed about changes and developments in the law. Our office maintains equipment and an up-to-date computer & research system in a manner that allows our attorneys and staff to be efficient in legal research, access of information, and the production of your legal documents.

In addition to our firm's areas of specialization, our attorneys have access to a network of attorneys who specialize in other areas of the law. With this network, we hope to be your resource for any legal issue.

PERSONAL INTEREST:

Our goal is to give personal attention to each of our clients. Our attorneys and staff have the opportunity to know each client by name, not just "file number." We aim to be accessible and responsive to each of our client's needs. Many of our clients have become personal friends over the years and it has been a pleasure to see the number of referrals that we receive from satisfied clients.

As a means of communicating with clients and keeping in touch with the general public, we publish a newsletter and our attorneys offer free seminars in their respective areas of specialization. We invite you to watch for advertisements and attend any of our seminars that interest you.
